I had alar reduction, but the nostrils were so visible from the front that it stressed me out, so when I had the revision alar reduction surgery, I also had alar rim elevation done together. I originally wanted nostril-wall reduction too, but they said reducing the nostril wall would be too much, so they told me they would make it as small overall as possible within what was feasible. After comparing several places, I chose the hospital that gave a realistic explanation of what was possible and what was difficult, and had the surgery there. Now the swelling seems to have almost completely gone down, and both the wide-looking alar area from the front and the visible nostrils have been reduced a lot, so I am satisfied. It was corrected naturally, and the scar is not very visible, so it does not look like I had surgery. lol There is still a slight pulling feeling when I smile or make a big expression, but I guess that will improve gradually! 추천 for anyone like me who worries about visible nostrils and wide alar area!
