It has been 3 months since my revision surgery failed. I am slowly looking into hospitals. I was told not to do revision surgery right away, and the hospitals all said early correction was not possible. I mostly went to private hospitals... it was not just one specific place, I went around to every place that said they did nose surgery. I was told to put silicone back in, so I passed... but after having had inflammation already, I wondered whether putting something back into that nose was really right, haha.. I am looking at [Clinic A] now.. My nose now feels like the nostrils are a bit distorted and kind of blunt. From far away it looks okay, but up close everyone is just like.. um~ lol Anyway, that is why I am looking into reconstruction surgery.. If I build it up with autologous costal cartilage, would the shape get better? Or should I use dermis or something else..? I do not want the cosmetic part, I just want to restore the nostril shape..
