Right after the procedure, the swelling was extremely severe, and from the next day it went down fast. But... the effect was basically almost nonexistent.. I couldn't even tell from the before-and-after photos, and the hospital said it was because I had gained weight, but even after losing weight it was the same.. It seemed like a lot of Japanese people were coming, and I went after seeing a blog post, but the effect was really 0; I guess it only seemed temporarily effective because of the thread lifting So in the end, a year later, I had revision surgery at another hospital^^... Other people's reviews make it sound dramatic, but maybe it just didn't suit me or something, anyway I wasn't very satisfied..
