After getting abdominal liposuction, I went ahead and got arm liposuction too... Even with dieting, my arms still felt so bulky, so since I had experience, I challenged myself once more!! It definitely hurts less than the abdomen, but it feels a bit sore and stiff? It is only around week 3 now, so the effect is not very visible yet, but I will keep dieting hard and share the change process from now on!!!
