I wanted it to look natural so it wouldn’t be obvious that I had surgery, and the director also said that even with osteotomy of the hump, it wouldn’t become perfectly smooth, but it couldn’t be shaved down too much, and the cross-sectional area of the nasal dorsum could look wide. Instead, it looks natural, so personally I’m very satisfied. By my standards, there was no pain after surgery, and because ear cartilage was harvested, my ear only throbbed slightly.
