I asked about arm liposuction, and the staff were really rude. I first asked through KakaoTalk, and even when I asked various things, they just replied in one word. When I actually went in for a consultation, it strongly felt like they were selecting which customers to take, and that made me think about the clinic's image too. The director did explain the procedure well, though.
