I had revision surgery with the buried suture method, and I have to go to work right after getting the stitches removed. The bruising is so bad that I need to cover it with makeup, and I’m wondering if that would be a problem. When I first had surgery before, even though I put on makeup about a month later, makeup still got caught in the sutured area. Also, when removing makeup, how should I remove it so it doesn’t cause irritation? The bruising is worse than I expected, so I’m really worried right now. Please, I’d really appreciate some advice.
