After double eyelid surgery, the swelling lasted for almost a year, so I ended up getting the fat-dissolving injection called the sausage injection. It worked well for the one eye where the swelling was the problem, but it didn't work much for the one eye where the surgery itself had simply been done poorly and had turned into a sausage shape. If you're worried because swelling lasts a long time, it seems the satisfaction level is high. But if the issue is fat or tissue texture rather than swelling, you probably shouldn't expect too much.
