The director explains surgery really well. They explain in a very detailed and thorough way what nose surgery is, how it is performed, what kinds of implants there are, and so on. The director's explanation was the best among all the hospitals I've heard from so far, but I'm a bit worried about the hospital facilities and the fact that there aren't many reviews
