Since I've been doing yoga continuously lately, after nose surgery, just sitting still makes my body feel itchy... and since only my mom knows and I'm doing this secretly from the rest of my family, staying completely still in my room is unbearable.. So even on the first day, I did simple movements for 30 minutes and stretched a little~ On the second and third days, I also did yoga and stretching.. The swelling was worst on the second day, and from the third day it started going down~ I also have faint bruising under my eyes, and that bruising is starting to fade too~ The nurse unnie also said that rather than staying still, going outside and walking is good for swelling. I think light yoga or stretching is really good for reducing swelling~ because you breathe deeply and lo~ng~ I'm also drinking a lot of green tea~~ My skin tends to swell and bruise really easily, so I was very worried about swelling~^^;
