I didn't feel that they were unfriendly or anything, but I don't recommend it because it's factory-style. Laser hair removal also seems expensive compared with other places. For the hairline, it's definitely better to go somewhere that checks the design. Compared with other places, the before-and-after procedure care is also lacking. I don't know about body hair removal, but for hair removal in delicate areas like the hairline, another place seems better.
