The doctor does the procedures quite diligently, which is good. But the people at the counter don't really feel very professional, which is disappointing... Maybe it's because the process itself is simple, but it doesn't feel like they finish the procedure and then neatly put on the mask right away. It feels more like they just take care of things as they go and then put on the mask at the end... I do like the treatment.
