It has been a long time since I got it done, so I do not remember the exact price, but it was around the price range stated above. I had both FX and Forma done, and I think I got them a bit cheaper through a Gangnam Unni event. Since I have a lot of facial fat, I remember the effect being pretty good. It just felt straightforward and decent.
