The hand technique is good, but I kept getting additional filler injections, and then the blood vessels got compressed, so in the end I dissolved everything. Sigh. If you want to have a pretty face for just 1-2 years, I recommend filler. As you get older, you have to dissolve it all. It separates from the skin and starts to feel foreign. Sigh. And for lateral cheek and lateral cheekbone filler, do exactly 1 cc only. Because I kept adding more and more, my blood vessels and nerves all got damaged. I resent that they didn’t stop me. Ah, and please don’t get under-eye filler. It clumped, so I dissolved it.
