When I consulted about eye surgery, the manager gave me an estimate. Since they were not a doctor but were talking about various things and explaining the operation, I had zero trust. It seems like the manager does all the consultations here. Also, I had nose surgery back when it was called You & I, and when I mentioned that my nose had bent a little, they said the name had changed so they were unrelated to that hospital, and that the director at that time was a paid doctor and no longer there I think I should check whether the director stays at the hospital full time rather than being a visiting doctor.
