I went without making a reservation and was able to go straight into a consultation with the director. There is a consultation fee of 11,000 won. They don't first push you to do this or that, but if you tell them what you want, they explain it well. But there aren't really extra explanations like why this won't work or why that won't work; they answer when you ask questions. Incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, epicanthoplasty, and nasal bridge came out to 3.09 million won.
