I went for a consultation because I wanted a flashy-but-natural nose. Interestingly, they didn't take photos, only a CT, and then the consultant manager consultation started. There was nothing particularly special about the manager consultation, and I didn't feel the sales pressure was excessive. I was satisfied with the design during the director consultation, and they explained the things I was curious about well. The quote was based on bulbous nose correction, improvement of a mild dorsal hump, and use of donated costal cartilage.
