I'm having such a good day after revision surgery for my bulbous nose. They said it would be hard to make it higher because my septal cartilage was ruined during the first surgery, but for now I'm satisfied with the current line. Of course it will get lower as time passes, but I think that can't be helped, and for now the revision surgery went really well.
