I had nostril/alar base surgery on the same day. I haven't had surgery at other plastic surgery clinics with multiple doctors, but maybe because it was by appointment, there weren't many people, and it felt like a clinic. They seem to mainly do nostril/alar base or nose surgeries, and it seemed okay, so I had same-day surgery. The scar is only slightly visible if you look from below, and about two years have passed now, but it's almost gone. Unless I tell people, those around me don't really know I had surgery. It was done under local anesthesia, and there was almost no pain. The nurse and the director were kind, they didn't recommend other surgeries, and it was done at the quoted price.
