I’m devastated because my double-eyelid line is too thick

I had surgery on February 4. I wanted an inner double eyelid, a very natural one... The doctor also said that because my eyes protrude, I should get an inner double eyelid. The doctor said I have no fat and my eyelids are thin, so I should do the buried suture method. But I said I was worried that it might come undone and that it shouldn’t come undone, and then he told me to do a partial incision. So I trusted only the doctor and had the surgery, and as of today it’s day 8 since the partial incision. It seems like a lot of swelling has gone down, but there’s still sausage-like swelling... The line is too thick and the crease is too dark, so it’s really obvious I had surgery... I met my boyfriend today, and he said it looks way too obvious that I had surgery My parents, trying to comfort me, said I look pretty and that I’ll look pretty once the swelling goes down, but I told them what my boyfriend said, that it looks really obvious I had surgery... Then they said that actually, it really is obvious I had surgery, and since my face is small and thin, making my eyes too dark and thick means I actually looked better before... That’s what they said... I’m completely devastated... What if it’s still thick and dark even after the swelling goes down? I feel like it’s worse than not having done it, and it’s really distressing...
