I got 3 rounds of nose-sculpting injections and 2 rounds of nostril Botox. For rounds 1 and 2, they injected it in a way that focused on balancing symmetry, so rather than feeling extremely dramatic, I still felt like the fat had decreased. During round 3, they said they would inject it differently, and the fat-dissolving effect really was visible to the point that the nasal contour showed. I have a bulbous nose with a lot of fat on the nose, and after getting the nose-sculpting injections, I’m satisfied because there is less pinchable fat both visually and when I touch it. But nostril Botox does prevent the nose from spreading when I smile, though the duration is short, so I don’t think I necessarily need to add more.
