In April, I went to a clinic, and although I liked the doctor’s design, there were many additional procedures involved, so I did not go ahead with surgery.
Today, I had a consultation at a facial surgery clinic and booked the surgery date right away.
On Babitalk, the event price only applies starting from two procedures, so if you want just one procedure like me, that event does not apply.
I only want to have my square jaw resected. I actually like my buttock-shaped chin, so I didn’t want to touch it.
I have no desire at all for a V-line, and my cheekbones support my head well and don’t especially protrude, so I have no desire to operate on them either. But!!! I’m someone who only wants the angular jaw resected^^
During the consultation, when I said I only wanted square jaw reduction, they said okay and explained the surgical method and the length of jaw to be resected. They asked if I had any questions... No... I said that as long as they resect only my square jaw, whether they cut 2 cm or 3 cm, if that is what the doctor considers the safe line, I would respect the doctor’s opinion.
Then I had a price consultation with the consultant, and there were costs I had to pay in addition to the surgery fee. +Additional internal medicine ECG fee +Additional preoperative rapid antigen test fee (not a self-test kit)
In the end, I paid the deposit, and I didn’t feel that the separate tests I had to do were a waste. They said these were necessary additional tests for safe surgery, so I did them. The thing I worry about most is side effects.
So, I’m having surgery on June 9^^
