First, they took a photo of me, but they didn’t use that photo for the consultation. I don’t know why they took it. The director looked a bit busy, and rather than looking at my whole face and giving a consultation, it seemed like they would just do everything the way I wanted. They only marked the line on one side twice and that was it, so it felt a bit off. I had the consultation with the consultant first, then the consultation with the director.
