The consultation matched what I wanted, so I went ahead with AccuSculpt and thread lifting right away, and the results were good. The problem is that it lasted maybe about three months and then went back to how it was before. The price was really steep too, and I guess it was just the effect of thread lifting? The swelling was huge and then the sagging came back, so I just live with it.
