I had contour surgery there about 5 years ago, and it ended up creating a double angle and ruining it. Don't do it. Honestly, it's not just about the money; if you're going to do it once, you should do it properly and at a safe place, but I was young and didn't know. You should go to Seoul. I also heard that someone other than the director might be the one doing the surgery, but I really hope that wasn't the case for me. There's no way to know now, 5 years later.
