The outside and inside of the building felt a bit like a neighborhood clinic, so that surprised me. The doctor was older, so the atmosphere was different from what I expected. I was thinking of a more modern plastic surgery and dermatology vibe. He wasn’t really the friendly type. He seemed confident that he could make sure the surgery wouldn’t recur. Oh, and the staff were kind, but it was really annoying that I could never get through on the reservation phone. Even though I called every day for 7 days, they either didn’t answer or were busy, so I ended up waiting in person, but the wait wasn’t long...
