I had a consultation with the representative director. The doctor did explain things simply and clearly, but somehow the consultation didn’t seem very professional, so I’m hesitant. I’m not sure if I should trust the reputation and go ahead with surgery, though he did seem confident. He said laser treatment wouldn’t be very effective for the scar and that excision surgery would be better.
