I had my nose surgery done here about 8 years ago too. I personally am satisfied, but other people say they can't really tell what changed, and if it's not flashy and looks natural, then I guess it was done naturally. Also, even though I called several times about how many millimeters of silicone were used, they never told me the exact number, for some reason.
