They talked to me during the procedure so I wouldn’t get bored and were very kind. I really dislike the rude consultant type you find at factory-style dermatology clinics, but the staff here were also very kind, so even though I had no intention of revisiting, I ended up wanting to. Before the procedure, if I told the director the areas I wanted treated, she marked them with a white pen and carefully avoided the areas that needed to be avoided. I’ve also received treatment from a male director before, and maybe because he was a plastic surgery resident, he seemed less meticulous than the female doctor.
