A few people around me who got their nose done at Cowell looked okay, so I went for a consultation. There was a 10,000 won consultation fee, and I waited about 20 minutes. I consulted with the doctor, but without even listening to the look I wanted or things like that, as soon as he saw me he said I should use ear cartilage and get nostril reduction, things like that. So I told him the look I was going for, and he said to tell him that before surgery. Then he said that because my chin is short and round, it would be good to also do recessed chin surgery by putting an implant in the chin tip. My chin is short and round, but I don’t have a recessed chin. So I only consulted with the doctor for about 3 minutes, met the consultant, heard the price, and came back.
