The doctor is extremely kind and meticulously administers InMode. InMode is self-washing. But the consultation manager was kind, yet I didn’t get the feeling that she had much expertise. She only stayed within the level of information that anyone who has done the procedure a few times would already know. The staff experience varies a lot. I’ve been there three or four times, and sometimes they’re very kind and skilled, but other times they’re kind, yet they just follow the set guidelines without considering the patient’s skin condition, saying things like to do only a light exfoliation. In the end that caused skin trouble.
