I received lip filler with imported filler at the previous clinic, not the current clinic. I remember that the wait was always long, including at the retouch visit. In the end, I was disappointed with the design and the longevity was short, but I remember that they empathized with the parts I was dissatisfied with after the first procedure and worked hard on them.
