Director Kim Song-i's appointments were so fully booked that I booked with the vice director. The vice director also seems skilled. Still, it doesn't feel like they give a long consultation or listen to the requirements in detail before doing it. For the 1st session, there is time to consult with the doctor in the consultation room, but for the 2nd and 3rd sessions, when you're lying in the procedure room, the vice director comes in and tries to proceed right away after looking at your face. So it was a bit inconvenient that my desired needs were only reflected if I mentioned them first each time. Still, if I tell them, they take care and do it well.
