Eyes - I prefer a natural look, but they kept recommending only incisional surgery, which was disappointing. I went to another hospital and had non-incisional buried-suture surgery. I got the impression that they only do surgery in a standardized shape. Nose - They said silicone would be needed to achieve the shape I wanted. However, they did not recommend surgery and just said it might be better not to do it, so I felt they were conscientious.
