The doctor felt unfriendly during the KakaoTalk consultation, but when I actually went, they greeted me with a smile and were kind. The preoperative consultation was long, and it felt like about 90% was about the doctor's thoughts and about 10% was surgery-related content. But it was pretty informative, so I listened with interest. On days when they operate on the cheekbones and jaw together, they operate on only one patient, and after finishing surgery, they accompanied me all the way to getting my recovery medication, so it felt reassuring.
