It's been a little over a month since I had surgery only on the nasal tip using septal cartilage, and from the front, my nostrils are uneven One side is a bit lifted Maybe I'm just sensitive but it keeps bothering me, and every time I look in the mirror I feel depressed I'm going crazy Are you all like this too, or is it just me:??
