The front-desk staff had a very dry attitude, so my first impression was not great, but the consultation manager was extremely kind. During the consultation with the doctor, as expected, they recommended lower blepharoplasty. I would have preferred under-eye fat repositioning, but they said there was some skin laxity, so lower blepharoplasty was necessary. For the upper blepharoplasty, they recommended making a thin double eyelid, along with ptosis correction and sub-brow lift. For the lower blepharoplasty, they said they would do fat repositioning, then strengthen the septum and correct the lateral canthus. They did not mention orbicularis oculi muscle lifting, so when I asked, they said they would do it perfunctorily, which made me lose trust. They kept emphasizing only lateral canthal fixation. I was a bit disappointed because it was not a meticulous consultation.
