The doctor and the counseling manager both gave off a conscientious vibe. At first, they took photos of my face with my forehead exposed, and it was not quite a surgery recommendation, but more like saying these parts would be good to address. If they judged that it did not need to be done, they would tell me not to do it even if I asked. The consultation was very detailed and seemed to aim for a natural result.
