After surgery at another hospital, the surgery overall did go well, but I wanted to improve the slight asymmetry and the weak frontal effect caused by not having surgery up to the chin tip, so I had a consultation. They recommended T-osteotomy of the chin tip, asymmetric osteotomy, and advancement, and for the cheekbones, they said they would push the left side in more to reduce the width, and on the right side they would shave the posterior cheekbone area. They seem to pursue a natural look, are honest, and do not recommend excessive surgery.
