After lower blepharoplasty, the fat under my eyes was removed severely, so I had iPOP orbital fat grafting up to the second round. I was very worried they might touch a nerve, but thankfully it ended well without any major side effects. The result feels like about 10 percent fat engraftment. The black eyeballs that had dropped downward came back up. The horizontal eye length also got very slightly longer. Pain such as eyeball pinching improved. The bruising on my abdomen where the fat was harvested lasted over a month. For my eyes, after the first round, the frog-like feeling lasted a month, and after the second round it was a bit less.
