Since it was newly opened, the facilities were clean and nice. However, at that time I went to first treat one large acne lesion, but they only recommended programs and ultimately said the treatment I wanted would be difficult and told me to go to a clinic with a dermatologist. While they were consulting me about programs, when I said I wouldn't do that and only wanted treatment for one lesion, they became unfriendly. If I had received treatment and been satisfied, I think I would have gotten programs later too, but I haven't gone back since.
