The counselors were almost excessively kind, which I liked. The doctor also explained things in detail while shaping the surgery method and the look I wanted, but they didn't really go deeply into the side effects I had heard were standard at other hospitals, so I did have a bit of a concern, though at the same time I wondered if that meant they were that confident.
