The director was kind and explained things very well. He also helped set the line well. But I’m not sure if the counseling manager who explained things was kind; the explanation was extremely detailed, but it was too long. I had another schedule afterward, so I was really rushed Still, among all the hospitals I’ve visited so far, I think they explained things the best
