There were many people waiting at the clinic, and I had to wait much longer than my reserved time. Since it was jaw Botox, there wasn't any additional consultation or anything like that. I didn't hear an explanation about whether it was a foreign product or a domestic product, so that part was disappointing. I think the friendliness was so-so, and after the procedure I didn't have bruising or any other side effects.
