I went in because of a complication from fat grafting. The doctor looked at the ultrasound and explained everything carefully, saying the laser he uses is also used by his family so I didn’t need to worry, but that removal would not be 100% complete, and that for the inflammation I should take anti-inflammatory medicine for the rest of my life in that sort of way. If it can’t be removed 100%, there wasn’t really a reason to do it, so I just left after the consultation.
