About 10 years ago I had surgery with silicone for the bridge and ear cartilage for the tip of my nose. I didn’t notice much change, and my friends said they couldn’t even tell I had done anything. It was so natural that it didn’t correct my bulbous nose at all. In fact, not only was the bulbous nose correction not done, but the shape stayed almost exactly the same, so when I went back to the hospital they said it was swelling and that it would go down little by little, but even now, 10 years later, the swelling hasn’t gone down. I managed to get through 9 years without any major side effects, so I guess I should be satisfied, but now the tip of my nose is red and looks dark. I’m looking into revision surgery.
