It was my first surgery in 2012, and because the skin on my upper eyelids was thick, I had it done by incision. The epicanthoplasty did not seem like the latest technique at the time, but more like an old method. For the epicanthoplasty, they did it conservatively rather than in a wide-open style, and I was a little disappointed with this part. The incision line first felt like an inline, in-out line, then gradually changed into inner double eyelids. If you want your eyes to get bigger in a really natural way without looking like you had double eyelid surgery, I recommend this place.
