First of all, the hospital facilities were clean and nice. I think the wait time for the consultant and doctor was about 20 minutes. I went in thinking about a forehead lift, but they honestly told me they didn’t think I necessarily needed to do it, so I was very grateful. The doctor was very kind and explained things in an easy-to-understand way. The consultant also said they would not recommend a forehead lift and that I would likely need ptosis correction insteadㅜ Overall, all the staff were kind, and the hospital was clean and nice.
