I went a few times because of lip filler, and every time I went, there was a staff member who applied the anesthetic cream who kept criticizing my appearance and trying to sell me other procedures, so I filed a complaint. They pointed out where I had acne and asked whether I had nose surgery even though my nose is natural. They should worry about their own appearance. They’re not a doctor or a consultation manager, so acting like that was unpleasant. The lip filler was nice at first because it made my philtrum look shorter, but eventually it all migrated above my lips and went back
