I only get aegyo-sal filler here. They inject it with almost no asymmetry, and there’s no bruising or swelling. However, the price is a bit expensive, and the doctor isn’t particularly friendly. Still, once I get it, it lasts a little over a year, and the difference between having aegyo-sal and not having it is big, so I think I get it regularly.
